Bring in your own vendors or choose from the preferred vendor list that the owner have put together. With a 150 event occupancy, this home is perfect for large ceremonies and celebrations.

Security Deposit: $1,500.00

Minimum Age Limit for Renters: 25 yrs old

Holidays and Special Event Weekends subject to higher rates etc.(Coachella etc. call for pricing/requirements).

Events are permitted(weddings/photo shoots/production-max. of 150 guests) Additional event fees apply, please contact owner for details/rates.

If you're having a wedding/event here our services and rate include: event permit, extra cleaning fees, trash pickup, outdoor court string and LED lighting, and a representative will be on site for the entirety of the event to ensure all goes well. The city permits only 4 vehicles to be parked at the location at any time. Therefore, valet parking and/or shuttle service would be required for the day of the event. The city also requires the host to obtain event insurance($175). Currently at this time, the city has a noise ordinance which prohibits amplified music being played outside(acoustic only outside, DJ is allowed inside). We do have preferred vendors but are open to you bringing in other vendors and/or doing things on you own(we can provide a preferred vendor list).
